Opened a new retail art gallery that exclusively sold student and alumnae artwork. Store considered a major marketing and public relations tool to help increase awareness of the College and maintain relationships with alumnae artists. Created a marketing campaign to target multiple audiences, including the public and alumnae. Built from the ground up an online presence, including online sales capacity and large online database of available artwork for sale by alumnae that was offsite. Worked with college’s communications department to generate press and advertising, and managed annual advertising budget. Worked closely with college president to facilitate relationships between the Shop and high level donors and college supporters. Consulted on physical appearance of shop and merchandise, and helped staff and student workers coordinate and maintain relationships with artists.
